Job Summary :

Join adorsys as a Human Resources & Business Development Manager in Bangangte, Cameroon. You’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing our talented team, ensuring their growth aligns with our company’s objectives. Additionally, you’ll be a key player in expanding our presence in the Cameroonian market.

  • Talent Management: Oversee staff leaves, professional development, career advancement, and maintain comprehensive employee profiles. 
  • Project Staffing: Administrative organization of our employees in their IT projects, ensuring optimal efficiency and utilization of skills and expertise. 
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships using our CRM tool, driving satisfaction and repeat business. 
  • Market Visibility: Promote our employees and IT services on relevant platforms, showcasing our capabilities to potential clients. 
  • Business Development: Organize participation in trade fairs and other relevant events to generate leads and expand our network. 

Your profile

  • Education: Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, etc.). 
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in organization, accounting, finance, banking, and Cameroonian regulatory and fiscal laws. 
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written  
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer usage, experience with CRM tools, and proficiency in Atlassian Confluence and Jira. 
  • Location: Willingness to live and work in Bangantge, Cameroon.
