Dedicated Engineering Teams
Long-term integrated engineers for charger OEMs, CPOs, and embedded-product teams. Managed from Germany, delivered from Cameroon.
How Dedicated Teams Work
Built for Long-Term Integration
Dedicated teams integrate into client workflows as permanent engineering capacity. Every engineer is trained in-house, follows MISRA C and Ceedling TDD practices, and works on a single project at a time. Each team stays assigned: same engineers, same domain knowledge, same engineering standards. No staffing pool, no rotation.
- Germany-managed delivery: project management and client communication from Germany
- Single-project dedication: no shared resources across clients
- Long-term continuity: engineers stay with the project, not rotated quarterly
- In-house training: every engineer passes the Clemios embedded engineering programme
- Competitive delivery costs through the Germany-managed, Cameroon-delivered model
49 Engineers Trained, 100% Employed
Clemios operates its own engineering training programme in Cameroon. Every embedded and eMobility engineer completes a structured curriculum covering C/C++, RTOS development, MISRA C, Ceedling TDD, and OCPP protocol engineering. To date, 49 engineers have completed the programme, and every single one is employed. This is not a staffing pipeline. It is an engineering culture.

Frequently Asked Questions
Project management, client communication, and quality oversight operate from Germany. Daily engineering is performed by dedicated teams in Cameroon. Cameroon shares the CET timezone, so collaboration happens during standard European business hours.
Clemios builds dedicated, permanent engineering teams. Engineers are trained in-house, assigned to a single project, and build domain expertise over time. There is no shared staffing pool, no rotation, and no temporary resource allocation.
The Germany-managed, Cameroon-delivered model reduces operational engineering costs compared to onshore-only teams. This is a structural cost advantage from the delivery model. All engineering standards, tooling, and quality gates remain identical.
Yes. Clients participate in the team selection process. Clemios presents engineer profiles and facilitates technical interviews before assignment.
Typical ramp-up is 2-4 weeks for standard embedded or eMobility projects. Engineers with existing domain experience may start within 1 week.
The Cameroon-based teams share timezone overlap with Central European Time (CET/CEST). This enables real-time collaboration during standard European business hours.
