Our project development methodology is based on the Agile Scrum framework. We focus on delivering high-quality results in short sprints, with regular feedback loops to ensure that our projects are meeting the needs of our clients. We also use a variety of tools and techniques to ensure that our projects are completed on time and within budget.
When following these methods, you can benefit from the following perks:
- Increased transparency and control over the project and its developers: By having a daily stand-up meeting, also known as a daily scrum meeting, the entire team can stay up-to-date on what work has been completed and what still needs to be done in order to meet the milestone. This helps to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that the project is progressing as planned.
- Improved communication and collaboration: The daily stand-up meeting also provides an opportunity for team members to communicate and collaborate with each other. This helps to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that any issues or concerns can be addressed quickly and efficiently.
- Increased productivity: By having a daily stand-up meeting, the team can stay focused on the task at hand and can quickly identify any potential issues or roadblocks that may arise. This helps to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
Overall, following these methods can help to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget, while also providing increased transparency and control over the project and its developers.
The most appropriate project development methodology for a particular project will depend on a variety of factors, including the nature of the project, the needs and goals of the clients, and the resources and constraints of the project team.
At Clemios, we use industry-standard project management tools like Jira, Trello, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Slack, Microsoft Teams or other relevant tools to help you track developers’ productivity and monitor the daily progress of your project. With these tools, you can create tasks, assign work, and monitor development progress in real-time. Additionally, you can use these tools to set deadlines, track progress, and ensure that your project is completed on time and within budget.
