2. Scope of this policy
This policy provides information about cookies and similar technologies confirmed during technical testing of the German- and English-language pages of clemios.com. It also describes external services loaded when those pages are opened or after a consent decision.
The information reflects the technically confirmed website state as at 23 August 2026. Services, cookie names, retention periods, and technical properties that have not been confirmed are not stated as active in this policy.
3. Consent management
The website uses Complianz to manage cookie and consent settings. The consent banner offers the categories Functional, Preferences, Statistics, and Marketing. The Functional category is enabled by default. Preferences, Statistics, and Marketing remain disabled until the visitor makes the corresponding choice.
Complianz stores the consent decision for managing the banner status, policy version, and selected categories. When the non-essential categories were rejected, no GA4 cookies or GA4 analytics connection were observed. When the Statistics category was enabled while Preferences and Marketing remained disabled, GA4 cookies and a connection to Google Analytics were observed.

5. External services
Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager is loaded on this website. It manages embedded website tags. Loading Tag Manager does not automatically mean that every service managed through it is activated without consent.
Google Fonts
When the reviewed German- and English-language pages are opened, the browser connects to Google Fonts through fonts.gstatic.com to load font files. During this connection, the IP address and technical browser and connection data may be transmitted to Google.
No Google Fonts cookies were observed during the test. The font files are not currently described as being hosted locally.
Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 is used for statistical analysis of website usage. The service is activated when the Statistics category is allowed.
When the Statistics category was enabled while Preferences and Marketing remained disabled, the cookies _ga and _ga_EW6HW3CZM0 and a connection to region1.google-analytics.com were observed. When the non-essential categories were rejected, these cookies and this analytics connection were not observed.
Google Analytics may use a cookie name following the pattern _ga_*. The confirmed website state on 23 August 2026 included _ga_EW6HW3CZM0.
6. Contact form
The contact form on the English contact page is operated using Fluent Forms. It includes a field to confirm the privacy information and an optional newsletter opt-in field.
The presence of the newsletter selection alone does not mean that newsletter sending is active. Further information about form-data processing is available in the Privacy Policy.
7. Reopening consent settings
After a consent decision, the Manage consent control remains available on the website and can be used to reopen the consent dialog. View preferences opens the individual categories. After the Statistics category was disabled and the page was reloaded, no new GA4 connection was observed. The updated choice remained in effect after the reload. GA4 cookies set earlier may remain in the browser until they expire or are deleted. They can also be removed through the browser settings.
8. Managing cookies in the browser
Cookies can be controlled and deleted through browser settings. Blocking or deleting cookies may impair individual functions of this website.
