3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits. This includes:

  • IP address (anonymised)
  • Date and time of the request
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referring URL
  • Requested page

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of this website. Server log files are stored for a limited period and then deleted.

4. Contact Form

When you submit a message through the contact form on this website, the following data is collected:

  • Full name
  • Work email address
  • Company name
  • Role (optional selection)
  • Topic of interest (optional selection)
  • OCPP version (optional selection)
  • Message text

The contact form is implemented using Fluent Forms. Form data is stored in the WordPress database and forwarded to info@clemios.com by email. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via the privacy checkbox) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual enquiry).

Data submitted through the contact form is retained for the purpose of processing enquiries and is deleted when storage is no longer necessary, unless statutory retention periods apply.

5. Newsletter Opt-In

The contact form includes an optional newsletter opt-in checkbox. If selected, the email address provided is used for occasional engineering and company updates. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting info@clemios.com. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

6. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics uses cookies to analyse website usage. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. IP anonymisation is activated on this website, meaning your IP address is shortened by Google within EU member states before transmission.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can prevent cookies from being stored by adjusting your browser settings. You can also prevent data collection by Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

11. Data Transfer to Third Countries

As Clemios SARL is headquartered in Cameroon, some data processing occurs outside the European Economic Area. For data transfers to Cameroon, appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. Data transferred to Google (USA) is covered by Google's data processing terms and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
